Terms & Conditions

Regular Domestic Cleaning and Regular Office
Fresh &Shiny clean requires a minimum of 2 hours per visit. The customer must provide a list of tasks and all cleaning materials and equipment needed for the required work unless other arrangements are agreed. If the customer wants to be supplied with cleaning equipment by Fresh& Shiny clean, an additional service charge will be required. The client must allow the cleaner access to hot water and power. The customer understands that the price he/she has been quoted does not include any additional services but cleaning and ironing labour.

The customer agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service he/she will not hire or use any domestic services provided by a past cleaner introduced to the customer by Fresh &Shiny clean. If the customer does wish to hire or use domestic services provided by such a cleaner than he/she must pay a referral fee of £1500.

End of Tenancy Cleaning

Minimum of 4 hours per visit required. The customer must provide a list of tasks and all cleaning materials and equipment needed for the required work unless agreed other. If the customer wants to be supplied with cleaning materials Fresh& Shiny clean, he/she understands that an applicable service charge will be assessed. The client must allow the cleaner access to hot water and power. The client is advised that an End of Tenancy Cleaning and Move in/Move out may take double the length of time required for a general cleaning. After building cleaning, party cleaning or badly neglected homes may take up to three times longer than a well maintained home requiring general cleaning.
Move in/out cleaning

One-off Cleaning

If the customer wants to be supplied with cleaning materials by Fresh& Shiny clean, he/she understands that an applicable service charge will be assessed. The client must allow the cleaner access to hot water and power. The client is advised that an One-off Cleaning may take double the length of time required for a general cleaning. After building cleaning, party cleaning or badly neglected homes may take up to three times longer than a well maintained home requiring general cleaning

Payment

All outstanding balances and payments for cleaning services carried out (except regular domestic and office cleaning) are payable by cash or cheque on the day of the cleaning visit. If paying by cheque, a cheque guarantee card is required and the customer will be responsible for all bank and legal charge resulting from a dishonoured cheque.

Claims

In case of complaint, Fresh &Shiny clean requires to be notified within 24 hours after cleaning work completion. Claims will not be considered after the above time limit. If the customer is dissatisfied with the work, a cleaner will be allowed to return and re-do the job at no extra charge. Fresh&Shiny clean does not take any responsibility whatsoever for any loss, expanses or damage caused by any act or omission of the introduced cleaner

Cancellation

Regular domestic cleaning and office cleaning:

Customer may cancel a cleaning visit/s by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice. Customer may terminate the whole service by giving one month (30 days) advanced notice. Customer agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit if the customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Customer agrees to pay the full price of all cleaning visits in case of a termination of the service if the customer has given less than one month advanced notice.

End of Tenancy cleaning and Move in/Move out:

Customer may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 48 hours prior to the agreed start time. Customer agrees to pay £20.00 cancellation fee per cleaner if the customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

One-off cleaning:

Customer may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 48 hours prior to the agreed start time. Customer agrees to pay £20.00 cancellation fee per cleaner if the customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

After cancellation of the cleaning service:

By entering into a service agreement with Fresh &Shiny clean, the customer agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service he/she will not hire or use any domestic services provided by a present or past cleaner introduced to the customer by Fresh &Shiny clean.

By ordering Fresh &Shiny clean’s service by telephone or e-mail the customer agrees to be bound by Fresh &Shiny clean’s terms and conditions.
